I liked evreything on the hotel. The food was great, quick Internet WIFI, the room service were helpful and nice crew workers. The most thing that I liked is the friendly treatment with customers. Especially Mr.Ahmed and Mr.Yosef they are working at the reception. If I'll come to Abu Dhabi again definitely will vist them. Thank you Sands

Well.. I would start from the reception. Ahmed & yousef were so friendly with us and helpful, the room was very clean and tidy like the bathroom., the WIFI was good. Also i loved the restaurant... Thank you guy's..

I stayed in Sands hotel for 5 nights. The reception people were very friendly and they help you the best to find your ideal room. Especially Krishna and Masa are very welcoming. The lobby man Mr. Pauly is also very helpful. The breakfast is really good. In general, with the rate you pay, you get what you want. The hotel is very close to various Malls specially Abu Dhabi Mall and Madinet Zayed. Nice view from my room on 11th floor. The internet was fine in the room.. a moderate speed... but will do the work...I will definitely choose to stay in Sands again when I travel to Abu Dhabi.

Sometimes there was some strange noises maybe because of the elevators .. but it was not a hassle at nights.

“Excelent coice withn the city” Reviewed November 8, 2011 i had couple of day stay on different occasion during 2011. The location is at the city center of Abu Dhabi easily accessible to Food joints, Mall and Business locations. Recommended property for leisure as well as business stay. They have different choices of restaurants available with them. They have nice coffee shop too. Stayed August 2011, traveled with family

Lovely hotel , very recommended to stay as location is amazing in the heart of Abu Dhabi, room was clean with fresh smell, bathroom/bathtub is full of amities, LCD TV & safe deposit box are available in the room, tea/coffee maker in the room, Warm & outstanding service from the front desk, staff are attentive to guest needs, It was pleasure staying in Sands hotel and sure I will be back one day. Great customer service as when i had problem in shower their respond was very fast . Keep up the good work ..
